From August 2nd to August 7th, the Professional Car Society held it's
international meet in Denver Colorado. This meet was not only the largest
gathering of these vehicles in Colorado history, it was also put on by the
youngest group of people to ever host such an event (ages 29, 27 and 24) as well
as the fact that only 4 people officially put the meet on. We also had the highest turnout of hot women in black and an exceptionally
hot girl in a nurses uniform, and in the end, what good is ANY event if there
aren't any babes around to appreciate it? Show day... Incidentally, there is exactly one metric assload of pictures in this
gallery. If you are on dialup, sorry. Not sorry that I posted a bunch of
pictures, sorry that you're putzing down the information superhighway in a
jankass 1932 Jalopy of an internet connection. Seriously, spend the extra $10
and get a real connection. Oh yeah, here's where people start in with the "But I
can't get DSL or Cable where I live!" spiel. Well then move out of the freaking
STICKS people. Stop blaming the rest of us for the fact that you live in Bent
Armpit Wyoming, population 132, where you're just lucky you have indoor
plumbing. Otherwise, just deal. Anita's 1958 Oldsmobile. Joe Unrein's 1959 Superior ambulance. First service life was as a hearse,
later converted to ambulance. Ann Keels combinationa coach. Dave Bennett's
Broadmore. Dead-Ends hearse club, engaging in a common theme. Ever wonder what a PT Cruiser hearse would look like? No? Well screw you,
here's two such hearses anyway. Dick. Victor McMullen's PT hearse. PT belonging to Sherrie, AKA Daoine O' The drapes. Jesus...I look freaking pregnant in this shot. I swear, it's just the shirt,
really. Lady and Sherrie. Getting ready for club time. David and Denise, Mike, Nicole and Ken, Sarah,
Zac and Amber. Sarah and Mike. Nick and girlie... Dr. Ken says "Now turn your head and cough and I'll tell you if you have a
hernia!" One Way Jay. Abby and
Alexi. Anthony! David and Denise. And yes, we even did a tour of Coors brewery in Golden Colorado, because
EVERYONE wants to know how BEER is made, right? RIGHT!? Beer stills from Coors first years in 1806...actually...no...not really, I
just pulled that out of my ass. I have no idea what this is a picture of,
someone else took it, I didn't even go on this tour, but it SOUNDS like it could
be right, so I'm just going to go with that. Each Coors tour ends with three beers for free! Seriously, I didn't make that
part up. Emma washing her ride. Anita. Emma Hodges and her CB
endloader. If you are the creepy guy who took too many
photos of her and her car, Emma wants you to know that she died on the way home
when her car careened into a semi and absolutely NO PART of her Earthly body
remains, so don't stalk her, it'll be a waste of time. She's dead. Also, the
funeral was yesterday. Eric Pabst's 1967 Miller Meteor. Greg
Merksamer. Some of the patrons on show day. Nocturnal Nightmare's making an appearance. Right about now I am getting tired of organizing and making up things to say
to these pictures...from here on out they may or may not be in order, and I may
or may not tell you what they actually are. I might outright lie just to keep
myself awake and amused. Jeff and One Way. Limo guys, Ardeen Vaughn and Brady Smith. Lloyd's 1962 Chevrolet CB Jim and Kathy, who no one could pronounce their last name correctly. For the
record, it is LOSASSO. Thank you. This right here is the group who brought you this amazing event. The general assembly meeting!
Whoo! Yes, this was also the first PCS meet wherein someone got a tattoo, AT the
meet. Hey Tim, if you're reading this I am assuming you made it home ok, if not,
I'll avenge your death. Bob
Bries. Pictures from the BBQ, by which I meant, pizza. Lisa! The back wall of the meet. Mike driving in Alexi Amber in Apnea Lloyd! The amazing
Demona! Check out the artwork. Stan! The early tour was given by Peak Coachworks in Commerce City. A used 1959 Eureka sold by Peak back in the day. Want to get sick? Click this thumbnail and see how much that 59 Eureka sold
for. Peeps outside. John Royarks hearse. Ron Walker's 1968 Consort. Stan's Superior. Next we went to the Forney Transportation Museum.
One of three hearses owned by Forney.
Outside the museum. A children's hearse.
Horsedrawn hearse. Mike in Alexi Nicole and Ken
Ron's doorhandle.
Seriously Mike, what was with some of the pictures you took!?
